Why a Grief Camp?

The Camp Anew program was developed for these reasons:
*To help children cope with grief and to assist them in their grief journey from a Christian, faith-based perspective
*To provide a special place where children are able to share their feelings and story with others and ask questions
*To provide meaningful activities in which to remember and celebrate the lives of their loved ones
*To offer a safe place where grieving children can engage in fun camp activities
